THE A. MOHAMED ATTORNEYS STORY
Mohamed Attorneys was founded and established by Mr. Arshad Mohamed in 2018 in Claudius, Pretoria.
We are specialists in Property Law, drafting of commercial contracts, Estate Planning and Deceased Estates, formation of trusts, Family Law (conventional & Islamic), Deceased Estates and dispute & conflict resolution.
Our firm’s vision and mission are derived from the strength of its roots and solid infrastructure, driving solid operations for the growth and sound strategy of our clients. We assist and guide our clients in a wide range of real estate and conveyancing services, be it from a legal or a commercial perspective.
ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
ARSHAD MOHAMED IS A PRACTISING ATTORNEY
AND ISLAMIC SCHOLAR.
Mr. Arshad Mohamed is a practising attorney and Islamic scholar. He obtained an LLB degree at the College of Law, University of South Africa (UNISA) as well as a BA degree in Shari’ah and Law from the prestigious Al Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt.
He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa on 30th October 2015.
Mr. Mohamed specializes in Property Law, drafting of commercial contracts, estate planning and deceased estates, drafting of wills (conventional & Islamic), formation of trusts, Family Law (conventional & Islamic) and dispute & conflict resolution.
Mr. Mohamed co-founded the African Academy for Human Development (AAHD). He heads the Department of Arabic & Islamic Studies at AAHD. He is passionate about teaching Islamic studies in Arabic and believes that religious (Islamic) poverty is due to a lack of understanding Arabic.
Mr. Mohamed is also a member of the royal foundation, Mohammed VI Foundation for African Oulema and an executive member of the South African branch.
He is also the founder and first president of the World Organization for Al Azhar Graduates – South Africa NPC.
